The attraction: Splash Mountain
Splash Mountain is a combination log flume and dark ride attraction based on the 1946 Disney film Song of the South. Splash Mountain features a peaceful introductory section and a steep drop into the "Briar Patch".

The land: Frontierland
Frontierland Themed to the American west in the 1800s and is home to cowboys and pioneers, saloons, red rock buttes and gold rushes. Frontierland has a Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and a stretch of riverfront.

The park: Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom was the first park built at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Disney began construction of the Magic Kingdom in 1967, after the death of Walt Disney, and it opened on October 1, 1971. It is the most visited theme park in the world.
